At Ghar Box Shop, we offer a hassle-free and risk-free 10-day return or replacement policy. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement. If 7 days have passed since the delivery date (including the date of delivery), we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

- Replacements will be issued only after product inspection.
- An unboxing video is required to initiate a return.
10-Day Return & Replacement Policy
To start a return or replacement, you must send all required photos or videos of the product within 10 days of delivery (including the delivery date). For example, if your product was delivered on 01/01/2025, the last day to request a return or replacement is 07/01/2025 by 11:59 PM.
Our technical team will review the submitted photos or videos and decide on your request. Late submissions beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted. Requests with partial or incomplete visual proofs cannot be processed.
Replacement Policy
We gladly offer replacements if:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- Your package was lost in transit due to carrier error (prepaid orders only).
- You received the wrong item.
- You want an exchange for the same item.
Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 2 business days. After product inspection at Ghar Box Shop, if your claim is valid, a replacement will be shipped immediately. If discrepancies arise between your claim and actual product condition, you may be eligible for a partial refund with shared visual proof.
Please note that replacements are only approved for manufacturing defects or physical damage. The unboxing video is necessary in these cases.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We offer reverse pick-up for most Indian pin codes. In non-serviceable areas, customers must self-ship to our office. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items
Products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund if:
- Damaged or missing parts caused by the customer.
- Items initially received in good condition but unwanted or deemed ineffective by the customer.
- Items that stopped working after use, without manufacturing faults.
- Damage caused by customer mishandling.
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery.
- Products sent as replacements.
- Undelivered orders due to wrong address, addressee absence, or refusal.
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

Gift Returns
Gifts shipped directly marked as such receive a gift credit upon return. Gifts shipped to the giver first will refund the original buyer and notify them of the return.
