Free Shipping

Shipping is free all over India for selected products. For some products, shipping charges apply. For international addresses, shipping fees depend on product type and weight.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped directly from any of our warehouses located across India. We strive to deliver your order as fast as possible! Please allow an estimated 3-8 days for delivery within India. International shipping may take 4-6 weeks due to distance and customs clearance. Please note these are estimates and high demand may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Yes! Once you place an order, you will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) number within 1-2 days. You can track your order on our Tracking Page using this AWB number. If you encounter any issues tracking your order, please contact us at support@gharboxshop.com.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses based on availability and speed. Popular or backordered items may ship separately to avoid delays.

Lost or Stuck Orders

All shipments are insured. If your order is stuck, lost, or sent back during transit, we apologize! In such cases, we will send you a replacement package with faster shipping and tracking if possible. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy regarding these situations.

Refused Orders

As per Ghar Box Shop policies, customers cannot refuse orders at delivery if they have confirmed their order. Our representatives confirm each order and address before shipping. Refusing delivery after confirmation may lead to strict legal action by Ghar Box Shop.
